Jugendstil designs often featured youthful, playful imagery and bright colors. Organic forms: Forms that are inspired by natural shapes and forms, such as leaves, flowers, and vines. Art Nouveau designers often incorporated organic forms into their designs, creating sinuous, flowing lines that evoked the vitality of nature. Art Nouveau was a design movement that emerged in the late 19th century and flourished until the outbreak of World War I. It was characterized by its organic forms, sinuous lines, and asymmetrical shapes, inspired by nature and natural forms.
